Resumen: El
trabajo versa sobre la Cofradía de Ánimas de Navas de San Juan instituida,
junto a la del Santísimo Sacramento, en el contexto histórico de la
Contrarreforma (Concilio Ecuménico de Trento, 1545 – Paz de Westfalia, 1648).
El hilo
conductor es el articulado de sus estatutos de 1865 y los particularismos para
la Villa de Navas de San Juan.
Se hace
especial hincapié en no pocas señales que nos indican la necesidad de aquellos
antiguos naveros por el purgatorio y por las ánimas.
Abstract: The work is about the Brotherhood of blessed
souls of Navas de San Juan instituted, together with the Holy Sacrament, in the
historical context of the Counter-Reformation (Ecumenical Council of Trento,
1545 - Peace of Westphalia, 1648).
The
common thread is the articles of its 1865 statutes and the particularities for
the Villa de Navas de San Juan.
Special emphasis is placed on many signs that indicate
the need for those ancient naveros (of the place) for purgatory and for the
souls.
